OUR MISSION
Our primary mission is lending a helping hand to those who are unable to care for themselves — children, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly.
Our goal is to provide assistance in times of crisis and help people become self-reliant. We respond to individual needs and partner with local relief agencies by providing funding that supports the vital services they offer to our clients.
noonday food pantry
The Noonday Community Food Pantry provides food assistance to individuals and families in need in the Smith County community
mission house clinic
Bullard Mission Clinic provides primary medical services to anyone who does not have health insurance.
carpenter's cross
We support Carpenter's Cross through various programs. We donate clothing, food, Christmas gifts and other items.
vision care
for children
Through strategic partnerships, we provide free eye exams and/or eyeglasses to children who otherwise could not afford them.
christmas
for kids
Christmas For Kids has given the joy of Christmas to thousands of East Texas children that might not otherwise experience it.
summer lunch
We help provide food for disadvantaged children in the area. We learned of this need through a local church.
Family emergency
Providing emergency help for families in need of transportation, medical needs, rent assistance, and utility assistance.
ScholarShip Program
Area high school students receive scholarships through the Emerald Bay Benevolence Scholarship Fund. One of our largest programs.
elderly & veterans
We provide food service and monetary assistance to the elderly and veterans who have fallen on hard times and need help.
student needs
Providing school supplies and backpacks to needy children to prepare them for the upcoming school year.
